Manfred Kühle and Dreniti Bajraktari |
Dreniti, like many of Drenica's children during the Kosovo war, was born under the circumstances of war, without the presence of specialist doctors and without any health facilities.
In the first months of his life, he suffered serious health problems due to the difficult living conditions in the mountains of Drenica, where his family and residents lived.
At a time when doctors in the Drenica area were unable to treat him further, appears the German Manfred Kühle, in early 1999s he took Drenit out of the village, sent him to Pristina, providing him with better treatment and also helped with the provision of medicines.

He did this by going through some police and military Serb controls from Komoran to Pristina. And after 20 years the second meeting took place.
Kühle came to Drenica again, but now to Drenit's wedding, who married Fatima, also a girl born in wartime, who had the same health problems.
