The director of the Durres State Cadastre Agency, Liridon Pula, has been detained by police on charges of abuse of office. The arrest of the 36-year-old resident of Tirana came after an investigation by the Prosecution, which had earlier asked to the Court to impose on him the security measure of "Arrest with Prison".
Previously it was said that the violations involved the alienation of properties mainly at the coast.
A few weeks ago has been also arrested the vice director Arben Isaku, and was subsequently released on bail. After him, its been also arrested the other vide director Lusiena Kurti, who was also released on bail.
