The detained is Bledi Haka, and the police suspect he was afraid of an explosive attempt and therefore carried a cellphone wave blocker with him.

In addition, police have seized narcotics, weapons and a large amount of money.

But who is the arrested Bledi Haka?

In fact he is not an unknown name because, in 2012, he was wounded due to a conflict at a Bar in Tirana.

The incident happened in the Porcelani when a person fired with a Kalashnikov in the direction of Bledi Haka and two other people who were with him.

The three people at the Bar are suspected to have had a conflict with the owner of the Bar - a citizen with initials Sh. Sh., 47 years old.

The latter is believed to have told to his relatives about the conflict he had with the three people sitting on his Bar and, as a result, the owner's nephew - Endrit Daci - went to the scene with a Kalashnikov.

He shot and injured - according to Court - Bledi Haka and Dritan Qello. The owner of the bar, who received medical assistance at the hospital, was also slightly injured.
