Shehu, a former judicial secretary at the Vlora administrative court, has been arrested on December 12 after investigations revealed that during the period December 2018 - November 2019, while she was on duty, she allegedly changed some court decisions favoring the parties in her own interest.
The hearing began at around 9 am and lasted for 40 minutes.
Edlira Shehu's first degree court ruling has upheld the arrest warrant.
She is charged with abuse of office and deliberately hiding or vanishing important documents.
