Finally, even the German Bundestag has expressed its support in this difficult time for our country. The chairwoman of the Economic Commission at the last legislature, Gesine Lotzsch, has stated that will be considered soon the possibility of financial support from the German budget for the earthquake affected in our country.
"Another good friend of Albania we had the chance to meet here in the Bundestag, the German Parliament, the Chair of the Economic Commission in the last legislature, Gesine Lotzsch, who promised us that she would make every effort from the state budget for the assistance that could be given to persons affected by the earthquake,” said the Albanian Socialist Party MP Ermonela Felaj.
She adds that all this support makes the government even more responsible in dealing with the situation and its consequences.
"We are finding solidarity everywhere and this should certainly make us more responsible in all the work that is being done to cope with the consequences, work that must be completed successfully," said Felaj.
