Electoral reform in Albania will end before March 15th, according to the agreement.
This is said in the document signed by opposition representatives outside parliament, Oerd Bylykbashi and Petrit Vasili, and co-chairs of the Assembly's Special Committee on Electoral Reform, Damian Gjiknuri and Rudina Hajdari.
The parties have agreed on the establishment of a Political Council, with representatives of all parties, which will meet this month.
The document states that the parties involved in the process will address by consensus all election administration issues that are the subject of the Electoral Reform Commission, including OSCE / ODIHR recommendations.
"Issues that will not be agreed will require the advice and assistance of international experts," the document said.
The final draft agreed between the parties, will be approved by the Assembly, while the parliamentary majority is committed to meeting the request put forward earlier in the day by DP chairman Lulzim Basha, as he will endorse it without changes to the committee and plenary session.
