Kurti has opposed the idea of the Balkan mini - Schengen, demanding a 'Mini-Marshal Plan' for the Western Balkans, while directly criticizing Thaci, Vucic, and Rama for the border issue.
"We have to consider three principles to heal wounds. We should prepare well, with good principles, for future dialogue in our region, in particular between Kosovo and Serbia. The first: There is no agreement without dialogue; The second, no dialogue with maps, and the third: No presidents on the maps.” said the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.
Another strong statement at the meeting prompted President Vucic's reaction.
“Almost all of you helped us liberate Kosovo 20 years ago from Serbia. Now I think the time has come to help Serbia to be liberated from Kosovo." Kurti said.
Kurti has demanded that the six Western Balkan states join the Union at the same time. He also criticized the agreements signed in Munich between Kosovo and Serbia earlier, which he said has no authorization from the new government.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, through a reaction on social networks, said that his government will analyze all the steps taken in the past and the relevant ministries are committed to addressing this issue with priority.
