According to police, the citizen P. Sh., 41, a resident of Tirana, a police officer in the Fier Division, while driving drunk a "Benz" type vehicle in the Sheq i Madhe neighborhood, lost control and consequently got out of the road by entering the yard of house of the citizen S.M., 70 years old.
After conflicting with the homeowner, P. Sh. pulled out his service weapon and injured the citizen S.M., who is out of life danger.
The Police Officer has been escorted to the Fier Police Local Directorate and the Fier Prosecution has launched the procedural and investigative actions to fully clear up the incident.
