Petri Mazrekaj's long-awaited match with the son of Arkan has been confirmed

 The wait came to an end. Kosovo boxer Petrit Marezkaj has officially confirmed the confrontation with the son of the former Serbian commander of a paramilitary force in the Yugoslav Wars Željko Ražnatović, known locally as Arkan. After many months and many attempts came an agreement between Kosovo boxer, Petrit Mazrekaj, and Arkan's son, Veljko Ražnatović.

It is the Kosovo boxer himself who has officially confirmed the deal. Mazrekaj shared this long-awaited news via his own Facebook profile.

“The long-awaited moment has finally come. To all you boxing lovers I wanted to let you know that the long-awaited contract was finally signed! Support us all,” Mazrekaj wrote.

This match between the Kosovo boxer and Veljko Ražnatović will take place on September 26 in Berlin, a neutral venue for both boxers.

Raznatovic and his team have tried several times to held this match in Serbia, but this has not been accepted by the Albanian side.
