Richard Grenell warns the withdrawal of US troops from Kosovo, Trump Junior agrees

 

 US envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Richard Grenell has backed US Senator David Perdue's statements that the US should reconsider its presence in Kosovo unless the Kosovo government abolishes tax on Serbia.

Georgia's senator's post, Grenell has posted on his Twitter profile.

 Perdue said that the United States has helped maintain peace between Kosovo and Serbia for more than two decades, and it is Pristina's turn to play its role.

“For more than two decades, US forces have helped maintain peace between Kosovo and Serbia. Now, with the historic progress made, Kosovo must do its part and abolish all duties imposed on Serbia. If Kosovo is not fully committed to peace, then the US should reconsider its presence there,” Perdue wrote.

And the latest is the son of US President Donald Trump Junior, who wrote on Twitter that there are about 650 US troops in Kosovo who must return home. "I agree. There are about 650 US troops in Kosovo. The time has come to bring them home,” Donald Trump Jr writes.
