The incumbent Kosovo government on Monday received $ 1.1 million in assistance from the United States that will serve to provide operational support and enhance Kosovo's response capability to the spread of coronavirus and mitigate the impact of COVID- 19.
This was announced by the US Ambassador to Kosovo, Philip Kosnett, via a video message posted on the social network Twitter.
“Kosovo is receiving $ 1.1 million in assistance to fight the virus and mitigate its effects. The ability of the people of Kosovo to adapt and the dedication of health staff and other rapid responders has been remarkable. Together we can beat Covid-19. America stands by Kosovo," said Kosnett.
