It is about the Tirana, citizen M. K., 33, born in Tropoja and resident of Durres, arrested whole violating the order, as can be seen from the video above. He was with his brother in the car at the moment of the chase.
Tirana Traffic Police signaled him to stop his BMW type vehicle with foreign license plates, but he has not obeyed and has further increased speed and the dangerous maneuvers, becoming thus a serious danger to himself and the Traffic Police officers. Wherein an attempt to flee he hit two vehicles of the Tirana Traffic Police who were chasing him uninterruptedly until they abandoned the vehicle on a road in the vicinity of Vora and left on foot, but thanks to a close watch, they were handcuffed by the officers, both of them, and has been escorted to the Vora Police Station for further investigative and procedural actions.
Some media say it is about former police officer Mirsad Kucanaj, charged with the murder of Enton Nikaj in 2015 in Linza, Tirana.
Kucanaj is known as Ervis Martinaj's friend, and was tried as an accomplice in the murder of Nikaj, but was later released.
