7 arrested within 24 hours in Tirana

 Tirana Police has arrested 7 people in the last 24 hours, 6 of whom were declared wanted for various criminal offenses.

Police structures, in addition to the commitment to implement the measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19, have continued to work to prevent and crack down on illegality.

During the last 24 hours, 7 citizens have been handcuffed, 6 of whom have been declared wanted.

Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime, in cooperation with the Special Forces "Eagles", made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen E. Gj., 37 years old, resident in Tirana, as during the physical control was found and seized as material evidence, a work document and two Italian driving licenses, which are suspected to be forged.

Following the work for apprehending the wanted persons, the detained and arrested citizens are:

• E. H., 52 years old, resident of Tirana, declared wanted for the criminal offense "Fraud";

•E. B., 27 years old, resident in Tirana, declared wanted for the criminal offense "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions, committed in collaboration";

• A. M., 32 years old, resident in Tirana, declared wanted for the criminal offense "Theft";


• I. B., 37 years old, resident of Durrës, declared wanted for the criminal offense "Theft";

• F. M., 45 years old, resident in Tirana, declared wanted for the criminal offense "Theft";
