Kreci said he is now in good shape, compared to what he has been through, saying the virus creates a condition that no one can imagine of.
"At the moment I am very good, compared to what I went through, that the virus itself creates a condition that no one can imagine of. I worked in the ward when returned to COVID. We had patients coming in without getting the answer yet and then coming out positive,” said Kreci.
Excerpts from the interview:
You has been graduated in 2002 as a general nurse in Tirana, in 2003 you moved to Italy. Tell me about your experience in Albania?
We are a great family, with nine children, one sister, and eight brothers.
How did you get to school?
Coming from a family of intellectuals, Dad was a teacher and made his efforts to give us the right to all of us to get educated. I also have a brother who is a doctor. I enjoyed serving people, I love medicine, but I ended up a nurse.
Why do you leave Albania?
I was among the best that Albania had in the reanimation sector, but it was just because of the economic situation the reason I left. It was not my choice, but a friend of mine introduced me to the paperwork and luck wanted me out within two years. In Italy, initially, I had a little fear, even though I had a contract, a home, everything.
