From 2013 to 2019, over 3000 doctors have left Albania. According to the Order of the Nurse, over 5000 nurses have left Albania in the last 6 years. The Albanian government has encouraged this phenomenon. Relevant ministries have drafted a special project for the emigration of Albanian doctors to Germany, according to an agreement between the two countries.
According to various statistics, over 45% of young people want to leave the country.
Albania has been abandoned by a very large number of intellectuals and professionals, if most of them had not left, they would have been an important contribution to their professions and social life in Albania, and we would have the Albania of our dreams.
