 John Cena, the well known American professional wrestler, actor, rapper, and television presenter, maybe of Albanian origin, at least this is what is rumored in the social networks after he started recently to follow on Twitter Team Albanians.

In fact, the surname 'Cena' is widely popular in Albania, especially in North Albania, including the cities of Tropoja, Kukës, Gjakova, Dibra.

So it's no surprise that John Felix Anthony Cena may be of Albanian descent.

However, it is up to him if he wants to confirm his origin, or his surname and his act to follow Team Albanians is just a coincidence.
