According to Minister Lleshaj, the dismissal of the Prefect comes due to the lack of decision-making at a time when the reluctance to not act does bring serious consequences in people's lives.

"If we have expressed reservations about the Shkodra region, not all of them have gone to the Municipality. Other representatives are also involved in the way things work in Shkodra. During this period, an unacceptable bureaucracy and lack of leadership have been observed, when leaders must take responsibility and make decisions in such situations. These situations require initiative and decision-making. The reluctance not to act has consequences. Lack of decision-making is the main reason for the dismissal of the Perfect Millja. The government has decided to assign the task of coordinating all developments with the presidents of this region to the Deputy Minister Besfort Llamallari, in order to get out of the state of the pandemic as soon as possible. The appointment of a deputy minister shows the importance that the government attaches to the situation in Shkodra", declared Lleshaj.
