 A serious incident was recorded in a school in Tirana where a 15-year-old minor was forced to have sex with the 65-year-old man, Abaz Dogu, who was school watchman and then with his three young juvenile friends. The event becomes even more serious when the old man filmed the whole scene and then distributed it to the young people in the neighborhood cafe. The young people have blackmailed the minor that they will distribute the video if he does not accept sexual relations with them.

The 65-year-old had knowledge of the minor for years after working as a watchman at the school where the girl was studying but had been retired for more than six months. Since they lived in the same neighborhood, he pressured each time he saw her by telling that he knew the intimate stories she had at school and that he would write them on the walls.

After blackmailing her and forcing to have sex with the minor, the 65-year-old filmed the relation and gave the video to a 20-year-old man who was the girl's neighbor. The latter, blackmailing her that she would show the video to the girl's family and then post it on social networks, abused sexually the minor and then gave the footage to her 2 friends aged 15 and 16 who also lived in the same neighborhood.

The young men, by blackmailing the 15-year-old, also asked her for sexual intercourse and abused her for several days in a row.

The event has been learned by the girl's parents, who reported the case to the police, who arrested the 4 people after the investigation.

The 65-year-old turns out to be a parent and has a family as well as a daughter. The event shocked the Tirana Police, who intervened with the arrest of the pensioner and the three young people.

Currently, they have admitted sexual intercourse against the wishes of the minor girl, while the mobile phones where their relationship with the minor was filmed have been seized as material evidence.

The detainees risk imprisonment for up to 15 years, while the scandal here is that among them are also two minors, the 15-year-old F.B., and the 16-year-old R. O.
