The Albanian Ministry of Health reported 26 new cases of coronavirus in our country in the last 24 hours.
All the new cases have been registered in Tirana.

We inform you about the situation of COVID-19 in Albania during the last 24 hours.
Tirana continues to be the main focus in the country with a high number of positively confirmed daily cases with Covid19. All other areas in Albania turn out for the second day in a row without new cases.
During the last 24 hours, 225 citizens were tested as suspects affected by Covid19 and 26 positive cases were confirmed, all in Tirana.
From the in-depth epidemiological investigation, 73 health personnel were tested, of which 12 tested positive for QSUT, all without symptoms. In total there are 20 affected in QSUT, health personnel and patients, occasional contacts identified three days ago.
Meanwhile, the in-depth epidemiological investigation continues for some new cases in Tirana.
The infectious disease hospital is currently treating 24 patients, 3 of whom are in intensive care.
In the last 24 hours, 11 citizens have recovered, bringing the number of recovering to 823 since the beginning of the epidemic.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, over 15,000 molecular and serological tests have been performed, while the number of confirmed positive cases across the country is 1,076. Of these, over 76% have been recovered.
There are currently 220 active people in our country with COVID19, mainly in Tirana, Durrës and Kruja.
