The incident happened at around 17:30, in the village of Jaupas, Skrapar, where the citizen Hamza Çela., 37 years old, after a conflict for weak motives, hit with a sharp knife his neighbor who was alone in his apartment, Ramadan Çela., 77 years old, who died as a result.
It is not yet known why the quarrel took place between the 37-year-old and the elderly, but it is known that the murder took place in the apartment of the elderly man who was alone. Moreover, the perpetrator and the victim were neighbors and with the same surname.
Immediately after receiving the information about the murder, the services of the Skrapar Police Commissariat surrounded the area, and thanks to the immediate reaction and the information received on the operational manner, they made it possible to identify and arrest the perpetrator just two hours after he committed the killing.
As material evidence, the investigative group seized the weapon of the crime, a knife. The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecution, is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the event.
