The tourist season opens in Vlora; beaches 'ready to remove masks and gloves'

 The Municipality of Vlora has declared open the tourist season, in an unusual ceremony and situation. Mayor Dritan Leli said that Vlora is ready to welcome vacationers, but always respecting the protocol for health safety.

 The promises for a successful season are to be seen because if the inaugural meeting of the opening of the season itself had to be organized under strict measures, the question arises how many staff will be needed to make this possible in every square meter of beach in Vlora.

 "Let's start today a successful tourist season, as long as the conditions allow us to have it," said Leli.

The head of the country's southern operators, Vasil Bedinaj, demanded the inclusion in the draft of the opening of beaches and borders with the region. The problem, apart from the fear of the virus and the fear of whether the vacationers will come, remains the finding and evaluation of the staff that will face the vacationers every minute.

"We need to turn the key from the alarming situation of stress and fear to a more optimistic one," Bedinaj said.

The Municipality of Vlora, although in conditions when nothing can be predicted, has not hesitated to call on vacationers to choose exactly Vlora to spend the holidays.
