Berat police inform that they have arrested a 31-year-old man and have another declared wanted for planting cannabis plots in a mountainous area in Bera.

As a result of drone inspections, no case of cannabis cultivation has been identified so far.
While during the foot control exercised by the Police employees, in the area of Poliçan, a case of attempted cultivation was ascertained. The police have handcuffed the citizen V.M., 31 years old, resident in Durrës, previously convicted for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and have declared wanted the citizen L.M., 36 years old resident in Tirana, after in a part of the forest they had deforested, in the place called "Gorica e Madhe", in the village of Panarit, Poliçan Municipality, 253 narcotic plants were identified.
The control of the territory will continue uninterrupted, controlling every corner of the territory, even in the most remote areas, thanks to the use of the drone and helicopter fleet.
