A 45-year-old man arrested in Kavaja trying to smuggle 18 clandestine to Italy on a speedboat

 Vlora police have handcuffed a 45-year-old man wanted for trying to smuggle 18 illegal immigrants to Italy.

The Section for Investigation of Trafficking and Narcotics at DVP Vlora, based on the information provided on the operational way, has localized the location and apprehended the wanted citizen B. B., 45 years old, resident in Vlora.

Vlora Police has arrested this citizen in the neighborhood "October 15" Vlora, after the Court of Kavaja has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Assistance for illegal crossing of the state border", committed in cooperation, remains tentative.

A few months ago, citizen B. B., in collaboration with two other people, attempted to cross illegally, from Kavaja to Italy, 18 citizens who had entered Albania illegally. The materials were referred to the Prosecution for further action..
