"It was a beautiful day today, so my mother and I came to get some rays. We were about ten meters away from the water. I just pulled him over the water with my hands and swam for a few meters until I managed to touch the bottom with my feet. My technique was not appropriate, so it would not be bad to learn the right technique to save someone," said the Kosovar footballer.
The boy's mother thanked Hetemaj for rescuing her son from drowning. The Albanian footballer was born in the city of Skënderaj. While with today's gesture he can be called a real hero.
