 Albania's acting foreign minister, Gent Cakaj, has called on Albanians in the Presevo Valley to vote on the joint list two days before the Serbian elections.

Serbia goes to the polls on Sunday as the Presevo Valley goes for the first time with a unified list of Albanian parties.

Cakaj urges Albanians without any distinction that with high national consciousness leaving behind narrow political accounts to massively support the common list of Albanians.

Maintaining the spirit of inter-party cooperation and internal political unity is of inalienable importance in the Presevo Valley and beyond.

Despite the existence of many Albanian parties, there should be only one Albanian political factor: with a unified platform in the service of protecting and upholding their national rights.
