The serious incident happened 3 days ago in the "Barrikadë" neighborhood of the city of Berat. The minor was sexually harassed by her 48-year-old neighbor Sokol Kapinova, who turned out to be known to the residents of the neighborhood as a regular user of alcohol. Although Berat police did not provide any information about the dynamics of this serious incident, it is learned that the 48-year-old has seduced the 5-year-old girl together with her 7-year-old sister with cakes and plums, inviting both inside his apartment.
He then put the 5-year-old girl in one of the rooms and sexually harassed her. But when the minor began to cry, he let them out without thinking that the sisters would tell their parents what had happened in his apartment.
The medical examination performed by the specialist doctors showed that the 5-year-old had signs of sexual harassment. 48-year-old Sokol Kapinova often sat and played with the neighborhood children in the squares in front of the palaces, but so far none of the residents of the "Barricade" neighborhood had complained about his behavior relating to children. He lived alone and the residents of the neighborhood know him as an alcoholic.
