6 Albanian Minister in North Macedonia's New Government

 The new Prime Minister of North Macedonia but in the second term, Zoran Zaev, has submitted to the Assembly today the names of the ministers proposed for the new Government.

Of the 19 ministers that the new government will have, 6 will be Albanians from DUI while 11 from SDSM.

Ali Ahmeti has nominated Fatmir Besimi for the Ministry of Finance, Bujar Osmani for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Naser Nuredini for the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, Kreshnik Bekteshi for the Ministry of Economy, Artan Grubi for the Ministry of Political System and Deputy Prime Minister; Jeton Shaqiri for Minister of Information Society and Administration.

Meanwhile, Zaev said outside the Assembly that he asked Talat Xhaferi, the Speaker of the Parliament, to give time to the deputies for the ministers while guaranteeing that North Macedonia will have a new government next week.

"I expect from the Speaker of the Parliament, Talat Xhaferi, to give enough time to the deputies to get acquainted with the program and biographies of the proposed candidates. We expect a qualitative debate in the Assembly and we expect the proposals to receive the necessary majority, after which from next week North Macedonia and the citizens will have a new Government, committed to the implementation of the program," said Zoran Zaev.
