Paid killers in Elbasan killed Emiliano Ramazani

 Two people were arrested this Saturday by Tirana Police, as suspected perpetrators of the murders of Regis Runaj and Emiliano Ramazani, events that occurred a few days ago in Elbasan.

Oculus News reveals that have been arrested two young men, Xhuljano Hoxha and Euglen Halili, who have been paid by others to commit the murders.

During the first hours of this morning, the structures of DVP Elbasan, in cooperation with FNSH and RENEA, within the police operation codenamed "Shkumbini", made possible the capture and handcuffing of two citizens, as suspected perpetrators of of this event, specifically Xh. H., 29 years old and E. H., 23 years old, are both residents of Elbasan", said the police.

"Intensive investigations have shown that these two citizens are also involved in the murder of the citizen Emiliano Ramazani, which occurred on July 20, 2020 in the city of Elbasan. From the collected evidence, it results that both these citizens have followed and controlled the movements of the 40-year-old Ramazani".

"It also results from the investigations that these citizens have committed these murders for money, after being paid by other persons, for whom is continuing intensive work by police for the documentation with legal evidence, their capture and arrest."

"Investigative actions have shown that the victim Regis Runaj, in the evening of the event was in the company of two suspected perpetrators and after consuming narcotics, in a park near the city cemetery, they headed to the city of Elbasan.

"Near the cemetery, citizen E. H. hit citizen R. R., once with a knife from behind his back and then hit him 26 more times, causing his immediate death", said the police.
