The selected start-up teams are also being trained by experts in various fields such as ICT, business, marketing, finance, etc.
Following the recent trainings, a new series of trainings dedicated to the teams that are part of the program has started this week. Yesterday was held the training with the well-known expert Fil Guijarro who shared with the Albanian youth a module on "Sales Habits and Sales Message Creation".
Fil Guijarro is a well-known expert in helping digital companies, especially in sales, and he is sharing this knowledge with selected Albanians.
In the coming days, the trainings will cover other areas such as methodologies, customer targeting, sales process, etc. The aim is to acquaint Albanian youth with world best practices in the field of information technology and business to adapt their innovative ideas to cross the borders of Albania.
The "Roadmap to Silicon Valley" program is an initiative created specifically to give a chance to talented young Albanians in the field of information technology. During the first phase, dozens of young people applied with their ideas and the creation of new startups in ICT and the selected are living the dream of touching closely at the end of the program Silicon Valley, the largest global center of technology and innovation in the world, home of some of the technology giants like Apple, HP, Google, Oracle, Intel, Cisco, Facebook, etc.
