25 Albanians repatriated from EU countries, State Police says chances to get asylum are zero

 25 Albanian citizens were repatriated on Wednesday, after violating the rules and terms of stay in the Schengen area.

Each group of repatriates is accompanied by an Albanian Police escort.

This operation was carried out on the basis of an agreement with the relevant EU authorities, with whom were coordinated the actions.

Albanian Police announced that such repatriation operations will be carried out continuously in the coming months.

The Police reminded Albanians not to apply for asylum in EU countries as Albania is considered by the EU as a safe country of origin and asylum applications are not accepted.
