Tomorrow is a holiday, the day of books from Albania in the schools of the Valley!

Dear compatriots of the Presevo Valley.
Tomorrow is a special day for the Presevo Valley.

Tomorrow, students of Albanian language primary schools in the Presevo Valley will be provided with textbooks from the Republic of Albania.

This shared dream was our commitment two years ago. It was my childhood dream. The dream of generations before and after me.
Tomorrow, less than 24 months after this commitment, the Albanian students of Presevo, Bujanovac, and Medvedja will be provided with books, with which their peers in Tirana, Shkodra, Korca, and Vlora study.

Respected citizens,

Tomorrow, the Albanian National Council will distribute them free of charge to all students attending classes in the Albanian language in the Presevo Valley.

Albanian books. Free books. The highest quality books in Southeast Europe.

A total of 4052 students with about 4000 parents relieved of the financial burden.

On this occasion, I express a special thanks to the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth of Albania and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kosovo, which contributed with about 140,000 € for the financing of books in the Presevo Valley.

But tonight I want to thank especially the Minister of Education of the Republic of Albania, Mrs. Besa Shahini, who has special merit in providing books from Albania to Albanian students in the Presevo Valley.

Thank you Besa for everything you do for Albanian language education in the Presevo Valley. Eternally grateful, on behalf of all Albanians in the Presevo Valley!

I thank the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami, for his support and quick response to the fundraiser.

Thanks also to the Ministry of Education in Belgrade, which proved that when political will and constructive approach prevail, the most vital problems of the citizens can be solved.

We also thank the Coordination Body for Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja for their support in fulfilling the tax obligation.
I also thank all the international partners for their contribution, such as the OSCE and the friendly embassies of the Presevo Valley accredited in Belgrade....
