The 43-year-old mother of three Lubjana Gjeçaj recruiting Albanian soldiers for ISIS arrested in Tirana

 The woman you see in the picture is Lubjana Gjeçaj, the mother of 3 children who have been arrested today by the Albanian Anti-Terror, after being accused by the Italian justice for terrorism, where she was sentenced to 3 years in prison by the Milan Court.

Lubjana Gjeçaj was an immigrant in Italy and there are suspicions that she was part of a radical group. She has been identified by the Italian police as being part of this group.

Albanian media provided with an image of a woman who was part of a criminal group recruiting ISIS soldiers. The 43-year-old, after returning from Italy, had settled in the area of Unaza e Madhe in Tirana, where she lived with her minor children, while she was a housewife.

Based on investigations carried out by the Italian police, in cooperation with the Albanian one, Gjeçaj, was part of the gang that was arrested in July 2015, within the operation Martesë (English: Marriage) that took place in Italy, Lushnja, and Canada. The terrorist group in question reportedly found young people and married them in Turkey, then sent soldiers to ISIS. The 43-year-old is now expected to be extradited to Italy.
