Customs announces that the citizen J.R.B., has been caught with the amount of money in the second line of control.
Customs seize 21,900 undeclared pounds in Rinas
The Customs structures during the control exercised in cooperation with the employees of the Border Police seized an amount of 21,900 pounds, which were undeclared at the Customs Branch of Rinas.
According to the reports of the customs structures, during the control in the second line, the passengers coming from Great Britain found that the British citizen with the initials J.R.B. had an undeclared amount of respectively 21,900 pounds, which were seized as material evidence.
The structures carried out the first investigative actions for the criminal offense "Failure to declare money and valuables at the border" provided by Article 179.a of the Criminal Code of Albania.
