Fear of pandemic, England-Iceland can be played in Albania

The English Football Federation has been informed that Albania is appearing as an alternative to host England's next match in the League of Nations against Iceland.

On Monday morning the FA leaders had a meeting with government officials to ensure whether the match against Iceland could be played at Wembley after the establishment of new rules against the coronavirus, according to British media.

Recently a travel ban has been imposed on non-British citizens returning from Denmark for fear of a new strain of coronavirus spreading from weasels to humans. While the British returning from the Scandinavian country will have to be isolated for 14 days.

Under these rules, Iceland is banned from entering England meaning that this League of Nations match may not take place as planned.
