A 46-year-old man was shot with a Kalashnikov this morning in the area of Dajç in Shkodra. It is learned that the victim, Ridvan Hyseni is a person with a criminal record and is suspected of being the author of several serious events that occurred from 2008 to 2009.
Police said the 46-year-old was traveling in his vehicle when he was shot by two people. The perpetrators left the scene on a motorcycle.
Although there were security cameras in the area, police sources said they did not function at the time of the incident and nothing was recorded.
Ridvan Hyseni was found without signs of life in a BMW car near a gas station in the village of Mushan.
Sources from the State Police suggest that the perpetrators of the murder of Ridvan Hyseni have been discovered. The suspicions of the blue uniforms are that despite the past of the victim, his execution has come after an instant conflict.
