A World War II bomb has been found near the former aviation field in the capital of Albania. The news was given by the Minister of Defense Olta Xhaçka through a post accompanied by photos on Facebook.
According to her, the bomb weighing 500 kg was moved to the Biza firing range, from where it was demolished in a controlled and completely safe manner.

"A 500 kg World War II bomb was found in the former aviation area in the capital and our genius boys moved it to the Biza firing range, where it was demolished in a controlled and completely safe manner," she wrote.
