The State Police has reacted again regarding the most wanted for the sensational robbery in Rinas and the murder of two Haxhiaj brothers in Durrës.
The police have republished on its Facebook page the photo of Talo Çela, as well as the notification for providing information about him, where reminds that 10 thousand euros have been made available to anyone who provides information for the capture of the most wanted man in Albania for the moment.
Following the work to apprehend persons with high social risk who are declared wanted, the State Police, assessing as very important and effective cooperation with citizens, again seeks their cooperation and contribution to locate to very wanted person: the citizen Talo Çela, 49 years old, born and living in Elbasan.
