Finally, the Albanian President Ilir Meta has decreed Përparim Kalo as the sixth member of the Constitutional Court.
With this decree, the Constitutional Court already has 6 members, a number needed to complete the quorum for decision-making.

President Meta administered today from KED, the Final List of Ranking of Candidates allowed for candidacy and the Reasoned Ranking Report for filling the vacancy in the Constitutional Court.
According to the documentary practice submitted, the Judicial Appointments Council with the decision no. 59, dated 23.12.2020, has decided the approval of the final list of candidates for judge in the Constitutional Court, in the vacant position, early vacancy, announced by the President of the Republic on 07.02.2018, re-announced on 27.09.2019 and re-announced for the third time on 24.09.2020, with the ranking of candidates as follows:
