The prestigious magazine "Forbes" has listed the Albanian-American Premtim Gjonbalaj in its list "30 Under 30" for 2021. It is about 30 young people who have achieved success in the field of business and industry before the age of 30.

Premtim was born in Brooklyn and is on the list for his genius idea in the food industry. He owns Butler Hospitality, the kitchen of some of New York's most famous hotels.

"Imagine a 150-room, full-staff hotel, seven days a week, three tours a day, that sells a product that can rot and expire very quickly," he told Forbes magazine.

Premtim came up with this idea while he was the manager of a restaurant and in 2015 he created this platform that offered room service requests and various offers called a "ghost kitchen".

How is it done? Hotel kitchens "sleep" if there is no demand for room food or mass breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. So they do not lose money. However, on paper, the hotels offer the best food. If there really are clients looking to eat in hotels then they notify Butler Hospitality. They come to take over the hotel kitchen and restaurant, bring everything they need, with a talent team, and cook everything to the level of the hotel stars calling them.

The success was so great that his company, in the latest report, was worth $ 85 million according to Forbes magazine.

Premtim is the son of Montenegrin Albanians who settled in New York in the early 1990s. Forbes magazine writes that he grew up in restaurant kitchens, where his father worked tirelessly before opening his own restaurant, where Promtim worked as a dishwasher, as a waiter, as a food distributor, and finally, as a manager.
