Police officer Nevaldo Hajdaraj who killed Klodian Rasha risks up to 20 years in prison

 The Tirana Prosecutor's Office announced yesterday that based on the investigation into the murder of Klodian Rasha, there will be a requalification of the criminal offense against the effective Nevaldo Hajdaraj. The police officer was initially accused of exceeding the conditions of self-defense, but after the investigative group became acquainted with the security camera footage and other evidence, announced that there would be a change in the criminal offense, which is expected to be an intentional homicide.

The criminal act has not been formalized yet, as is expected the solution of the only puzzle, the weapon that was found a few meters from the place where Klodian Rasha was executed, and also the circumstances. While with the first accusation, exceeding the conditions of self-defense, the effective risked up to 7 years in prison, if the criminal offense charges and becomes intentional murder, he risks 10-20 years of imprisonment.

The prosecution assured the public yesterday that will soon come to a conclusion, as the investigation is nearing completion while emphasizing that there was no physical conflict and that the young man was not violated by the staff before the execution. Klodian Rasha was killed on the street near the house on December 8, while the event was followed by numerous protests and the resignation of Minister Sander Lleshaj.
