The capital is of Albania is shaken today after a cruel crime: Two sisters were killed with a Kalashnikov rifle in the area of Tirana known as 'Astiri', according to preliminary ballistic expertise and cartridges. It is learned that the perpetrator, identified as Përparim Ademi, an Albanian of North Macedonia, shot his partner and then her sister, leaving them dead on the spot. The victims are Kristina Bardhi dhe Zhaneta Metani.

It is suspected that after the crime, the murderer attempted to commit suicide and injured himself but then left the scene. Police have launched investigations, as they have set up numerous checkpoints to catch the perpetrator, at least this is of what are reporting almost all local media in Tirana.
