Ravajoli in 2019 has been rated by Paris as the "Ambassador of Cyprus" among 100 ambassadors worldwide.
He holds several international awards such as ‘Silver Spoon’, ‘Golden Hat’ and ‘Best Chef for 2016’… etc. He has had the opportunity to cook for some celebrities, who have remained satisfied with his specialties.
We can mention: Rihanna, Justin Trudeu, Hug Jackman, as well as many Greek singers or actors.
"Four years ago in Canada and I was invited to that evening which was just for important people in the field of politics. It became a five-course menu, had a pre-preparation a few months ago because it was a dinner with lots of details and standards. The dinner was very special."
He described this event as one of the most significant and important in his career. Meanwhile, he has been in Albania for several days and shows that he returns from time to time for projects. Asked on the "Boing" program if he would return to live in Albania, he says: To be honest, no, because I have been away for 30 years, but I come back from time to time. Now that we are talking I am in Durrës because I come for projects from time to time in Albania, but not to stay. I am interested in contributing as much as I can."
Ravajol Hasani also shows that Albanian cuisine has advanced a lot, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
"My opinion is that Albanian cuisine has advanced a lot in recent years, but I am a person of details and of course it is thought that work is still needed to achieve more. Albania has all the products of the world, you can find what you are looking for and we are lucky that there are still organic products, but we do not have much information about the products and we do not know how to "marry" the products to get the right taste. We are on the right track and I think with a lot of work, vision, and dedication we can get there.”
