The investigation into the case has been completed following allegations by Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazovic that he was offered 21m euros to prevent the ouster of President Milo Djukanovic's party.

The Special Prosecution of Montenegro has completed the investigation, deciding that there are no elements to initiate criminal proceedings.

In late November, businessman Miodrag Daka Davidovic said there are information that someone had tried to "buy" Abazovic by offering him 21m euros to change sides after the August 30th parliamentary elections.

"Vijesti" reports that he had said that to the leaders of the "URA" Movement were offered money from a well-known humanist.

Abazovic also confirmed that he was offered money, but did not make it public by who. He had even told prosecutors to do their job without specifying whether he would reveal the name of the person he claims to have bribed.
