First Albanian infected with the new coronavirus

A Kosovo Albanian has been found to contain the coronavirus mutation and has taken it to Slovenia.

The media in Kosovo say that there is no certainty that he did not spread it in Kosovo, becoming the ‘zero’ person to spread it throughout the Albanian space. The news was announced by the Prime Minister of Slovenia, Janesh Jansha, who said that the Kosovo Albanian brought the infection from Belgium. The Belgian authorities were informed about this case.

"The patient used a negative test to enter Slovenia, although he had another test that was positive, so he is now placed in isolation and his potential contacts are being checked," Jansha said in an emergency news conference.

Due to the possibility that Slovenia will have a larger number of so-called English coronavirus virus, the Slovenian government will review decisions on mitigation of antipidemic measures next week, Jansha announced.
