 A Kosovar artist has created the portrait of US President-elect Joe Biden using cereals and seeds, a day before the inauguration ceremony.

Alkent Pozhegu used 120 kilograms of cereals, corn, beans, sunflower seeds and rice to recreate Biden's portrait.

"I hope that in time, I will be able to do something even bigger, because (Biden) really deserves it. He has been an important figure in the creation of the Republic of Kosovo", said the artist.

Pozhegu worked for several days in the cultural center of Gjakova to realize the portrait of Biden in dimensions 3 x 2.5 meters.

The US President-elect is a well-known figure in Kosovo. In 2016, a Pristina street was inaugurated after Bien's son, Beau, who worked in the country after the 1998-1999 war.
