Ylber Sefa is a cycling champion not only in Albania but also in the Balkans. The 29-year-old currently lives in Belgium with his family and is part of one of the best Belgian teams.
He has confessed his next goal which is the 2021 Olympic Games, which have been postponed to next year. "Currently I intend to be part of the 2021 Olympic Games because they were to be held this year but because of COVID, been postponed to next year. I have enough points to participate in the Olympics", he confessed to Diaspora Shqiptare.
The Albanian champion shows his passion for cycling, winning titles and emigrating to Belgium. He started this sport at the age of 16 and now he is 30 years old. Ylber has been declared four times champion of Albania in cycling and aims for the fifth time to set a new record.
But why emigrated to Belgium?
"Belgium is also called the cradle of cycling because it organizes many races and tours. There was no better place for me to emigrate and develop even more professionally. I moved to Belgium for competition and a higher level", Ylber Sefa confesses.
