The MP of the parliamentary opposition, Ralf Gjoni has made a very strong statement in the Assembly today. Speaking about the links between politics and crime, Gjoni said that on April 25 there will be no free elections, but scenes similar to the Sicily of the '70s.
"The second thread is the criminalization of the politics. It has become much worse today, because they influence the voting here in the Assembly and will continue to exercise the same influence in the April 25 elections. There is no free vote on April 25, it is a gift that the united opposition has given to Edi Rama.
So together they will serve each other to ensure the continuity of power. Remember, Albania will be dominated by political mafia assassinations like in Sicily in the ‘70s. This is the expectation of the world structures that deal with security in the region", said the deputy Gjoni.
