The Central Election Commission in Kosovo says that in the extraordinary parliamentary elections of February 14, about 834 thousand citizens with the right to vote voted, or in other words, 46.98% voted.

The electoral list contained about 1.8 million voters, about 143 thousand less than in the October 2019 elections. Compared to the October 2019 elections, the turnout is slightly higher, after two years ago 44.72% voted.

About 40% of the votes have been counted so far and Vetëvendosje has a significant advantage.

These are the eighth parliamentary elections since 1999 held in Kosovo, while the counting process has begun, all Exit Polls predict a convincing victory of the Vetëvendosje Movement.

Meanwhile, it is reported that in general the voting process in Kosovo was completed without significant incidents.
