Albanian Prosecution asking the US embassy additional information about Tom Doshin

 The General Prosecutor's Office has officially addressed the US Embassy to request information on MP Tom Doshi, who is also running again in the April 25 elections.

In the letter addressed to the US Embassy, the General Prosecutor's Office requests to know the information that this embassy has about Mr. Doshi, based on the fact that the US State Department decided to ban Mr. Doshi from entering the United States and other members of his family on April 2018.

Meanwhile, US Ambassador Yuri Kim has made repeated calls to prevent the re-election of Mr. Doshi.

Following the response from the US Embassy, the Prosecution explains that will evaluate the further steps, depending on the information it will receive. Meanwhile, it has launched actions for about 27 other candidates, initially seeking information from all local institutions.
