The study "Albanian minority in Montenegro - between cooperation and submission" is considered extremely important for the public in Montenegro, as for the first time is statistically presented the efficiency, but also the failures of Albanian political parties in the parliament and government of Montenegro.

Analysts say the study provides an explanatory basis for the cooperation of minority parties and their impact on political life in Montenegro.

A study about the Albanians in Montenegro offers a new approach to minority participation and influence in government and public administration.

The author of the book, Almir Causevic, analyzes the participation of Albanian political parties in the co-government in Montenegro and their activism in this regard.

"From cycle to cycle new agreements have been signed, which have just been renewed and there has been nothing new. The focus on the activity from 1998 to 2016 shows some laws for the advancement of the Albanian minority, such as the formation of the Municipality of Tuz, the Law on National Symbols, etc. And if we see that the Municipality of Tuzi, which was a problem in itself, has been solved after 20 years and if so many years have to be waited to solve each problem, then this also signals the situation of Albanians in Montenegro," he said.

Even the well-known Montenegrin analyst, Boris Raonic, praises this study, which, according to him, provides good data on the current problems of the Albanian minority in Montenegro.

"The study 'Albanian minority in Montenegro - between cooperation and submission' is extremely important for the reader because for the first time shows statistically the efficiency of Albanian political parties in co-governing Montenegro", says Raonioni.

He points out the disturbing data where only a very small percentage of the demands of the Albanians have been realized in the parliament and the government of the country.

Publisher and analyst Ismet Kallaba estimates that the book has special importance in addressing the political activity of Albanians in Montenegro.

"It is a book of special importance because it is a study that deeply addresses the issue of representation of Albanian political parties in the Parliament of Montenegro, as well as the political activity of Albanian representatives in general," Kallaba said.

The study was also praised by the well-known Austrian professor Florian Bieber, who in the preface of the book noted that the author "gives a valuable contribution to future debates regarding the effective participation of Albanians and other minorities in the Montenegrin political system."
